Keeping your office up-to-date is essential to increasing profitability. Continue with this series of clean up steps to help you stay organized and focused on growing your agency.

Keep Your Reports Up-To-Date
Report Clean UP: Past Expiration, Policies, In Process, Submitted & Suspended, Suspense Items

Keeping your reports up-to-date will help you maintain an accurate Book of Business Report. These reports should be emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly and used to analyze your business' strengths and weaknesses.

Inactivate Clients or Employees
Closing Activities in EPIC

Activities are designed to help maintain follow up events for your clients. Use activities to remind yourself of work on re-markets, endorsements, cancellations and more.

Some activities are automatically generated when you add an event, account or automation. If you are not following up on this particular activity then close it. From your home base you can close activities and group close activities. Keep your activity area clean so you don't miss important reminders for your clients.

Do You have Clients that Moved Out-of-State, Passed Away or Employees that are No Longer with Your Agency?

Inactivate them in EPIC! These clients will no longer show on client lists. Highlight the client from the "Locate" screen, click "Action" and then "Inactivate/Reactivate Client."
